Quick Start Guide

Quick Start Guide

The best place to start is by greeting your neighbors.  As a community, we will be living in close proximity, so knowing your neighbors makes life much simpler.

Copper Tree has contracted with SUHRCO to manage the complex.  They pay the bills, work with contractors, send pertitnent notices to homeowners, enforce the CC&Rs, and manage the daily aspects of Copper Tree.  Any issue or concern should be brought to their attention by calling SUHRCO or by filing a request via MyGreenCondo.  Contact information for SUHRCO may be found at this link.

Next, you should get access to MyGreenCondo.  This portal contains useful information about how Copper Tree is run, as well ways to communicate with SUHRCO, the management company.  As a resident, you should have access to this portal.  If not, contact SUHRCO

You will receive a set of coupons from the management company regarding payment of your monthly dues.  These are paid to SUHRCO, who manages the finances of Copper Tree.

As a general rule of thumb, you are responsible for the inside of your unit, and Copper Tree is responsible for the outside.  Your monthly dues pay for the maintenance and upkeep of the units, both mechanical and visual.  If you wish to report a maintenance issue, the most effective way is to use MyGreenCondo to submit a Work Request.  This will log the request and notify the Board and Management Company of the issue.

Finally, you can peruse the Homeowners Guide on the website.  It contains details about how Copper Tree is governed, rules, regulations, details about owner vs. condominium association responsibilities, and much, much more.
