MyGreenCondo

MyGreenCondo is the portal used by the Board of Directors and SUHRCO to gather, organize, and communicate information regarding the operations of Copper Tree. Using MyGreenCondo, you can submit a Maintenance Request, make a request of the ACC, pay your monthly dues, and review historical documents.

When you move in, you will be provided an account in MyGreenCondo with an initial Password.

When you log onto MyGreenCondo, You will be presented with a dashboard with multiple selections.  

• My Profile - Use this option to provide information regarding yourself, including contact information, pets and vehicles that you own, and communication preferences.  Also, you will find any outstanding Work Orders that have been opened for your unit.  Finally, you may use this to pay your dues electronically.  
• My Inbox - You can use this to send messages to the Property Manager, Board of Directors, Landscape Committee or ACC.  Alternatively, you can email them at their email addresses.  
• My Work Reqeusts - Use this to submit a Work Request regarding a maintenance issue.  You can also see the status of previously submitted work reqeusts.
• ARC/ARB Application - Use this to submit a request to the ACC for modifications to your unit.  
• My Neighbors - This will show information regarding the others living in the complex.  This will only show details for owners that have opted in to sharing their contact information.  
• Events Calendar - This will show you scheduled events within Copper Tree, such as Meetings of the Board of Directors, as well as Maintenance activities that affect the complex.  
• Library - This contains documents regarding the operation of Copper Tree.  This includes Governance Documents, Financial Information, and Minutes to Board Meetings, among other relevant information.  
• Survey - At times, the Board will survey the members regarding their preferences.  These surveys may be found in this link.  
• Broadcasts - This is a record of the broadcast messages sent to the Copper Tree Homeowners.  
• Violations - This is where you can report violations to rules that you may encounter, and/or see Violations that have been opened against your unit.  
• My Community Album - This is where we can share photographs about the complex.  

As a rule, one member of the household is given access.  If more than one member of the household would like access, contact SUHRCO to get additional credentials for other members of the household.
