Attorney Information for Property Sales within Indigo Run COA

Submit the Request for Waiver form to the Indigo Run COA office at least two weeks before closing.

• Fax (preferred for speed): (843) 689-7304
• After closing: fax a copy of the executed closing document (to verify ownership and issue a vehicle pass) to the COA office immediately for faster processing.
• Mail originals: mail the original closing statement with two separate checks for the Transfer Fee and Admin Fee.
• If clients are absent from closing: include the executed document with the mailed closing statement and checks.
