Inside, a 2,200-sq-ft banquet hall an meeting space—complete with a full warming kitchen and flexible seating for up to 200 guests—delivers an elegant canvas for everything from owner sponsored weddings and milestone celebrations to board meetings and charity galas. Step outside and the Pavilion’s vaulted roof, stone fireplace and roll-down weather curtains invite year-round Low-Country gatherings, pairing open-air ambiance with all-weather peace of mind. Ample on-site parking, convenient member rental packages and attentive IRCOA staff support ensure every occasion here is as effortless as it is memorable, showcasing Indigo Run’s signature blend of natural beauty and welcoming hospitality.
Indigo Hall is the community center for Indigo Run, managed by the General Manager under the direction of the Indigo Run Community Owners Association (COA) Board of Directors. It is maintained to serve:
- The COA
- Property owners and residents
- Their immediate families and guests
To use Indigo Hall, individuals must be in good standing with the COA.

Usage Guidelines
- Priority Access: COA-sponsored programs, meetings, and elections take precedence over other reservations.
- COA-Recognized Clubs: Approved clubs (e.g., JR Women’s Club, JR Men’s Club) may reserve the space at no cost, aside from applicable setup or cleanup fees.
- Board Oversight: The COA Board may set specific usage requirements on a case-by-case basis.
