I am the president of the Harbor View Association. We have about 10% of residents who are delinquent. We wanted to actively manage these in order to ensure both reduced legal costs and write-offs. Your application allows us to view the realtime account balances of all delinquent residents and also the attorney portal allows us to manage all open cases. Great portal.

I am a community manager at Meadow Management. Most of the communities that I manage do have ARC committees to review and approve ARC applications. This has been a manual process involving paper applications with manual processes. Post-implementation of MGCOne, we were able to completely automate the process. I live at Bridgeview Association and must say that the implementation of your application by our association has improved the service level. In the past, our property management company was sending paper statements even though some of us have payments on auto-debit. We can now check balances and also print the online statement of all activities. This helps us to save money by eliminating unnecessary paper statements.

I manage a few communities that have a very high number of rental units. My board has been very unhappy about not having to manage the tenant population along with homeowners. I have many communities that require capturing of violations and ensure compliance. This was a manual process involving many people. The board members also wanted to review all violations on a regular basis. My board was micromanaging my work. They wanted to know all the work done during the month. I was using an excel spreadsheet to capture action points from board meetings and also from walkthroughs. This was totally a manual process. The task management function truly saved a lot of time for me and the board. I manage a community that has 8 tennis courts and 2 other common amenities. Residents had to go through manual reservation process and also payments via checks. This has been a challenge for me as there were many related manual processes. MGCOn'e's online reservation was an excellent solution for us. Our residents and board love it.

My communities have many social groups with a lot of social activities. Often take a lot of pictures of events and share that via MGCOne's album. I see a good amount of activities and interaction that most of our residents really like it.

Our association loves the fact that we can now send all kinds of reports such as newsletters, meeting minutes, financials...etc via MGCOne. This not only uploads them in the library but also send them via email. No more complaints from both residents or board!

Our association Back Bay uses a property management company which often keep changing property manager for our association. Every time they change we get informed of the new manager's contact details. It is not easier to remember the manager's contact details when we need to contact them. Before our association implemented your application, we were not able to make payment online. Often get charged late fee when missed a payment. I can now simply click and make payment and this helps me to save some money on late fees!

Hello Tina, sorry to hear that. Your management company utilizes payment providers and we allow you to access the portal of the payment service provider via MGCOne. Please speak to your manager who will work with your payment service provider to give you appropriate details.
I am a tenant at Plaza Tower. I do have regular visitors and like to add them to an approved visitor list, therefore, the front desk doesn't have to call me for clearance. It will be nice if you could add this function.

I am the treasurer at the Maple Glen Association. We have had a bad experience with our previous management company when making payments for bills. Some of them were not approved by us. Since we went live with your application all bills get approved via your system. Some of the standard expenses we don't approve but we can still see all the details in realtime. This allows all our board members to get comfortable on how the expenses are processed. Good control.

I am a tenant at Bowie Towers Association and was looking for a condo to purchase. Thanks to your For Sale listing function which allows condo owners to list their home for free. My seller listed and I contacted him to complete the purchase. This helped my seller saving in the broker fee portion of which he passed on to me as a reduction in the sale price. Great function.

In particular, I like my signatures are digitally captured which gives me a good audit trail as to who collected. I lost a few packages in the past before the system got implemented.

Our association is very poor in approving an architectural application that we often need to make when we need to modify our homes. The Board members and management often make the decision without input from the majority of the homeowners. Few of us trying to get them to understand which never worked. I live at Bay Colony Association. We like to contact the board members to discuss community matters but our property manager has been told not to share the board member's personal contact details. We as board members, often faced with a lack of information when making decisions. This is because our management company has to produce a lot of management reports via a manually intensive process. This is time-consuming and often they couldn't produce most of the information that we need. The dashboard function of your platform is a great help for us. We can not only see the summary with graphs and charts but also be able to run details reports of our choice online. This really helps.

Being a board member is not an easier task and I don't like my personal email being given to the community. We also have our management company often change managers and this results in residents not being able to remember the property manager's email. Your dedicated board, committee and property manager email is really helpful. The residents can continue to use them irrespective of changes in board/committee or managers.

I am a committee member and like the dedicated library folder for our committee. This not only allows us to upload unlimited documents but also allows us to share with selected parties. Once uploaded, all future committee members will be able to view work done and continue the effort. Thank you for making this function possible. I am the treasurer of my community and always wanted to be in control of the association's expenses. It is not easier for us to get the management company to provide all paid and pending invoices with the actual invoice. Your bill pay function is great and we can be in control of all bills. Allow us to make sure all get paid on time with appropriate approval and avoid unnecessary late fees.

I am the board president of the Three Oaks Association. We have had many delinquents accounts and managing the cases by co-ordinating with the collection attorney, collection staff at the management company and our manager have been a challenge. Every time the attorney produces a management report we end up paying for it. Since we implemented MGCOne, the Attorney portal really has helped us to streamline the management and also helped us to reduce attorney fees. Great function.

Architecture review is an important function for us at the Swan Hill Association. I am an ARC committee member and love to see that all closed old applications that were approved by past members can be accessed online. Often we do get disputes and this is great for us to house all in one place.

We have some residents in our community who want to continue to complain about others. I get stopped often by them to give me a lecture as to what we need to do to control non-compliance by other residents. I like the function you have that allows residents to report a violation on other residents for the view of the management only. This really helps us to get these residents to use that as opposed to calling me or the managers. This allows us to have their reporting in writing to take appropriate action.

We are at Lakeside association do organize a lot of community events. I am responsible to organize most of the activities and also take a good amount of photos. The Album function helps us a lot. I can upload separate albums for each event and upload all pictures. The residents can make comments which is great.

I am a board member at Windsor Woods Association tasks with safeguarding all important association documents. We have had issues with managers and management company changes during which we lost most of the important documents. We now have MGCOne board library and we religiously save all documents there. The managers are asked to upload all documents and happy to see that you guys have no limit on storage. Good service!

The meeting often needs to be re-scheduled to accommodate their time. I am a member of the finance committee at the Lakeside Association. We had a few of our residents asked for many enhancements within our community. Whilst it was nice to have but we did not have enough funds. However, they were insistent that the majority of the resident would like to have the facility created. We used your survey function to get a quick poll. This survey gave the option to vote to have the facility and if they are willing to pay a special assessment. The majority voted not to have the facility. I like the fact the results are realtime and all residents can see. This means we do not need to explain the outcome!. Great function.

Our association manages a lot of Architectural applications from residents. This was a manually intensive process by using paper forms. Residents who submitted were complaining that the committee was not approving timely and the committee often needs to review a lot of papers. I am the head of communication at the Seaside Farms Association. We often create weekly and monthly communications that we send to all residents. Some of them we need to send to homeowners only and the other for homeowners and tenants. Your library function is great for us to this very easily and the residents get email notifications also. Our association Village Gate is being managed remotely by our management company. Managers come to our board meetings and do regular inspections of the property. However, we have no idea as to what they identify during their inspection and how the identified issues get resolved. Our community is a golf course community and a certain part of the section open to the general public. We have seen unauthorized vehicles get parked often in the allocated spot of homeowners. We formed a committee and your vehicle function is very useful to easily find violators. We now have the ability to simply check a vehicle whether it belongs to our residents. Our audit work needs access to all paid invoices with attachment. The portal provides full access to all required details with an audit trail. We can gain comfort that the board had access to all paid invoices during the financial year. We are therefore able to use information that was visible to board members during the financial year. Two of my communities do have about 5 committees in each for various functions. Managing the board alone is difficult and then having to manage all these committees have been a nightmare. My company outsourced accounting functions to an accounting firm. Receiving invoices from vendors and then get board member's approval before sending them to the accounting to make payment was a big challenge. On a few occasions, we sent duplicate payments. With MGCOne, the entire process is now fully automated. The board members don't bother me anymore!

We have a lot of pets in our community. I am a pet lover but there is some resident who does not like them! In order to manage the pets population to ensure compliance, we created a committee that I am leading. Your pet function really has helped us to manage the pet population.
