Our founders are former Wall Street bankers who served as board members in the communities they owned homes. Through this experience, we gained a full understanding of how the community management industry operates - not just within the USA, but globally.

Community associations are the primary customers in the community management industry. However, the technology solutions offered in the industry are focused on the service providers and not on the ultimate customer which is the community association. This creates a lot of issues, not just for the community associations but also for service providers.

The technology available today is changing every industry and we wanted to create a technology platform and marketplace for all parties in the industry to join together and serve the community associations. MGCOne is designed to change both community living and management experiences for all parties in the industry.
