Welcome to Cape Royale! We're so pleased that you've joined our community.
Now that you've bought property in the Cape, we need to create a file for you. Please complete our New Owner Registration Form
so we can begin this process while we wait for your paperwork and fees from the title company. This process generally takes 7-15 days. We will need a copy of your deed or the top portion of your settlement statement along with your photo ID for verification purposes. There are file upload links in the form to easily submit these.
Once we receive your form, your community manager, Emily Hurt, or another member of our management team will reach out to you within three business days with additional information and form links based on the answers in your form.
While you're here, take a moment to familiarize yourself with the resources available on this website. Under the Documents and Forms section, you can access publicly available forms and documents. These include your governing documents, rules, policies and procedures. There are some community forms and documents that are only available through the portal. You will be provided access to the forms you need in the email from our management team.
After we receive your closing paperwork from the title company, we will provide portal access for you. The portal access email will be sent to the email addresses you list in your registration form. Please be aware if you use McAfee, it sometimes blocks emails sent through the portal. If you haven't received a portal registration email within 15 days from the date of submitting the new owner registration form, please disable McAfee's real time scanning and click the "forgot password" on the resident login page. This will allow the email to come through. You can then turn McAfee scanning back on.
