Welcome to Slate Creek

Thank you for considering Slate Creek as a place to call home.

As a COA community with 69 units, we are large enough to make many new friends and yet not too large to get lost on the streets.

As you tour our neighborhood, please visit with anyone you see outside and ask them their opinion of our development.

We rely on many volunteer committees, which include Communication, Finance, Greenspace, Insurance, Landscape, Maintenance, Neighborhood Watch, Neighborhood Support, Pond, Pool, Social, Tree, and Welcoming Committees. 

Many of our residents are retired and enjoy engaging with one or more of these committees to give back to our Association.

Don't forget to ask for a tour of our Club House, which is a cornerstone of Slate Creek. As a resident, you can even reserve the clubhouse for a special event like birthdays, reunions, or other parties.

We also have monthly potlucks at the clubhouse and during the summer months every Friday night, many residents meet at the pool with a snack to share and their beverage of choice.

Activities during the year include book club, camera club, euchre, golf, knitting,  library, men’s Bible study, poker, walking, yoga, and more.

New arrivals tell us that they love our trees, the proximity of restaurants, medical care, and shopping.

We also consider having just one entry and exit from the development a plus from a safety perspective.
