How to access the LCPOA Architectural Review & Deed Restriction Portal for New Architectural Submissions
Navigate back to the Resident Login screen.
If you have previously registered, enter your username and password.
If this is your first time accessing the portal, click on the "Move-In Form" box.
Please submit your information; we will verify your status as an LCPOA resident.
Within 24 to 48 hours, you will receive an email granting you access to the portal. This will enable you to set up a password and access information related to the Review and Approval of Architectural Modifications and Details of Violations.
To submit an Architectural Modification for review, click "Launch ARC."
For a new project, click "Create an ARC Application."
Enter your address.
Select the Architecture Type.
The boxes on the right can stay blank for now; they will be updated during and after the review.
Complete the ARC Modification Requirement information.
Attach any necessary documents.
Submit your application.
This will be reviewed for completeness by our Project Manager and, if complete, will be forwarded to our Approval Team for review.
Response times may vary depending on the completeness of the submission and the complexity of the project.
You may expect a response within 5 business days.
