The Enclave at Summer Beach is located on the southern end of Amelia Island and includes both attached townhouses and detached single homes. Biking and walking trails are adjacent to the community and provide easy access to both the beach and marsh coasts of Amelia Island. Amenities include a 10-minute walk on a wooded trail to Nassau County beaches. A swimming pool is anticipated in 2021.
