A Self Managed Association
1. CFHOA is a mandatory membership association.
2. CFHOA has no Property Resale Transfer Fees.
3. TREC Resale Certificates and associated attachments must be ordered in writing. An e-mail is sufficient.
As of September, 2023 cost is $350 and may be collected at closing. Note item 4, below.
Allow 3 days for preparation and delivery. Package will be delivered electronically via Google Drive. If you can not
access Google Drive, please state the delivery method in your written request.
4. Invoices for fees are due and payable 30 days after date of invoice regardless if the property closes or not. Based on payment history, some customers may be required to provide payment with order.
