Package/Delivery handling is mostly a manual process, involving concierge or security staff manually keeping
track of packages received/collected in log entry books.
Property managers within MGC can now leverage signature pads and capture e-signatures/digital signatures and store
them along with package details under each unit. Thus, maintaining an audit record of each package.
Signature pads can also be leveraged for visitor sign-in and sign-out and stored with the visitor record for each condo unit.
