In order for the Tiara Condominium Association, Inc. to authorize a purchase the following items must be returned to the Tiara administrative office complete before processing can begin. The Tiara documents may require up to a 30 days processing period once a completed package is received in the office.
These forms must be turned into the administrative office Monday through Friday 9:00a.m. to 5:00p.m.
- Notice of Intent to Sell - signed by seller
- Certificate of Appointment of Voting Representative - signed by all owners designating one voter
- Fill out either the Consent to Electronic Voting and/or Electronic Association Notices or Revocation of Consent to Electronic Notice and Voting form
- Background Check form
- Contract - a complete copy of the fully executed contract including the condominium Rider
- Unit Access authorization - complete, sign and upload
- Proof of Insurance - Liability (minimum coverage: $100,000). Property (minimum coverage: $25,000) covering all personal property within the unit, including floor, wall,
and ceiling coverings, electrical fixtures, appliances, water heaters, water filters, built-in cabinets and counter tops, and window treatments, including curtains, drapes, blinds, hardware and components
- Letters of Reference - two (2) letters of reference are required

NOTICE OF INTENT TO SELL
TIARA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION
In accordance with the provisions of Article VII of the Declaration of Condominium for Tiara, I/We hereby serve notice that I/We desire to accept a bona fide offer made to me/us to purchase our unit.
I/We agree to provide to the purchaser a copy of the TIARA DECLARATION, BYLAWS, ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION AND RULES AND REGULATIONS prior to the occupancy of the unit by the purchaser.
I/We will be bound by the Declaration of Condominium, Bylaws, Articles of Incorporation and the Rules and Regulations of the Condominium Association as may be amended from time to time.
In order for you to facilitate consideration of my/our Application for Sale of the above designated unit, I/We have caused the proposed purchaser to complete the attached Application for Purchase. I/We am/are aware that any falsification or misrepresentation of the facts in the attached application wil result in the automatic rejection of this application to sell.
Unless you notify me to the contrary within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of the Application for Purchase and this Notice of Intent to Sell along with all other paperwork, I will advise purchaser that his purchase has been approved.
