In order to process your Lease Renewal application, the attached forms must be submitted in full to the management office along with the fees and deposit:

Addendum to residential lease

signed by lessor and lessee and witnessed.
Lease

a copy of the signed lease.
Background Screening form
Proof of liability insurance (minimum coverage: $100,000).
Pay two separate payments of:

Submit receipts with packet.
Note
: *The security deposit is now $1,500.00. Tenants that are renewing their lease will only need to pay the difference from the increase; $1,150.00, as long as your original deposit of $350.00 is still on file in the accounting office.
The processing of this lease application can take 21 days, please allow adequate time.
