Lease Renewal
In order to process your Lease Renewal application, the attached forms must be submitted in full to the management office along with the fees and deposit:
 
  • Resident contact information.
  • Addendum to residential lease signed by lessor and lessee and witnessed.
  • Lease a copy of the signed lease.
  • Background Screening form
  • Proof of liability insurance (minimum coverage: $100,000).
  • Pay two separate payments of:
    • Click here to submit $1,500.00 refundable security deposit  
    • Click here to submit $150 admin fee  
Submit receipts with packet.

Note: *The security deposit is now $1,500.00. Tenants that are renewing their lease will only need to pay the difference from the increase; $1,150.00, as long as your original deposit of $350.00 is still on file in the accounting office.
 
The processing of this lease application can take 21 days, please allow adequate time.
