Owner and Guest Wristband Order Form

To assist us in the distribution of owner and guest wristbands, please complete this form.

2. If owner, what is your unit number?

3. What type and how many will you pickup? Guest wristbands are $8 each and replacement Owner wristbands are $10 each.

4. On what date would you like to pick up?

5. Approximately what time will you be at the Association office to pick up? (Business hours are Monday through Friday 9am-5pm)

6. Please provide the full name of the person picking up your bands. Owner bands and Guest bands charged to owner accounts will only be released upon verification. Guest bands will be released upon successful payment.

Charge may incur a credit card processing fee. Owner account requires the unit owner providing consent via email to accept the charge.

Wristband orders submitted for pick up outside of normal business hours will not be addressed until the following business day.
